Deprixa Plus — First Steps — Getting Started in 15 Minutes · 3.7 Your First Shipment

This is the main event. Follow these steps to create your first tracked shipment.

Sender & Receiver

Go to Shipments in the sidebar, then click Create Shipment.

• Search for your customer as Sender (or type a new address).
• Enter the Receiver's name, phone, and address.

If you have a Google Maps API key configured, the address field offers autocomplete suggestions.

Packages

• Enter weight (e.g., 2.5 kg) and dimensions (20×15×10 cm).
• Add a content description (e.g., "Electronics").
• Set the declared value.

Service & Rate

• The system automatically calculates available rates based on your Rate Cards and Zones.
• If no rates are configured yet, it uses your default Services pricing.
• Select a rate option (e.g., "Standard — $12.50").

Review & Create

• Review all details.
• Choose payment status: Unpaid, Paid, or Pending.
• Click Create Shipment.

The shipment is created with a tracking number (e.g., TRK-00000001).
