Log In → Driver Dashboard
The driver logs in and is directed to the Driver Dashboard, which shows today's assigned shipments and pickups.

Review Assigned Shipments and Pickups
The dashboard lists all assigned deliveries with addresses, contact details, and priority indicators.

GPS Tracking Activates
Upon starting the route, GPS tracking activates and the driver's location is sent to the server every 30 seconds for real-time tracking.

Navigate to First Delivery
The driver navigates to the first delivery address using the built-in map integration.

Update Status: Out for Delivery
Mark the shipment as Out for Delivery to notify the customer that the package is on its way.

Deliver Package & Capture Proof of Delivery
Hand over the package and capture proof of delivery — either a digital signature from the recipient or a photo of the delivered package.

Mark as Delivered
Update the shipment status to Delivered. The system fires the ShipmentDelivered event, notifying the customer and updating all records.

Move to Next Delivery
Proceed to the next delivery on the manifest and repeat the process.

Download Manifest PDF (Optional)
If needed, the driver can download a PDF version of the manifest for offline reference or record-keeping.
