Navigate to Warehouse → Receive
Open the Warehouse module and go to the Receive section.

Scan Barcode or Enter Tracking Number
Use a barcode scanner or manually type the tracking number into the search field.

System Matches to Shipment or Pre-Alert
The system automatically matches the scanned tracking number to an existing shipment or pre-alert record.

Status Updated & Inventory Movement Created
If matched to a pre-alert, its status changes to Received and an inventory movement record (IN) is created automatically. If matched to a shipment, the shipment status is updated accordingly.

Package Stored at Inventory Location
The package is assigned to a storage location within the warehouse for easy retrieval during dispatch.
