• Go to Customers in the sidebar.
• Click Add Customer.
• Fill in: Name, Email, Phone, Address, Country, State, City.
• Click Create.

Alternative: Share your customer registration link (from Settings → Company Profile → Customer Portal URL) so customers can sign up themselves.

Customer Portal

Customers with the "customer" role can log in to the Customer Portal, view their pre-alerts, track shipments, and manage their locker.
