• Go to Settings → Branches.
• Click Add Branch.
• Enter: Name (e.g., "Main Office"), Address, City, State, Country.
• Click Save.

A branch represents a physical location — your office, warehouse, or distribution center. Users and shipments can be assigned to branches.
