Deprixa Plus defines five distinct roles, each with specific permissions and responsibilities. Roles are enforced through 102 granular permissions.

| Super Admin | Platform-wide | Owns the platform. Manages all organizations, subscription plans, payment gateways, global settings, and monitors SaaS revenue metrics (MRR, ARR, churn). |
| Admin | Organization | Owns their organization. Manages team members, branches, shipping rates, branding, billing, and all operational settings. Has full access within their tenant. |
| Employee | Organization | Operational staff. Creates and manages shipments, handles warehouse operations, processes pickups, generates invoices, and runs reports. |
| Driver | Organization | Delivery personnel. Views assigned deliveries, updates shipment status in the field, captures proof of delivery (POD) with photos and signatures. |
| Customer | Organization | End user / client. Tracks their packages via the public tracking page, creates pre-alert shipments, views their shipment history and invoices. |
