Navigate to Pickups → Create
Open the Pickups module and click Create Pickup.

Select Shipment
Search and select the shipment that needs to be picked up.

Assign Driver
Choose an available driver from the dropdown. Only active drivers are shown.

Set Scheduled Date & Time
Set the pickup date and time window for when the driver should arrive at the pickup location.

Enter Pickup Address & Contact
Confirm or edit the pickup address and contact person details.

Create Pickup
Save the pickup. The assigned driver receives a notification with the pickup details.

Driver Collects Package
The driver goes to the location, collects the package, uploads photos as proof, and marks the pickup as complete. The shipment status changes to Picked Up.
