Customer Logs In → My Locker
The customer accesses their locker dashboard from the main navigation.

Click "New Pre-Alert"
Click the New Pre-Alert button to open the creation form.

Enter Package Details
Fill in the following fields: store name, store tracking number, declared value, currency, weight, and description of the item.

Upload Purchase Invoice (Optional)
Optionally attach a copy of the purchase invoice or receipt for customs and verification purposes.

Submit Pre-Alert
Submit the form. The pre-alert is created with status: Pending.
What Happens Next
When the package physically arrives at the warehouse, staff scans it and the system matches it to the pre-alert. The status changes to Received. Staff then converts the pre-alert into a shipment, changing the status to Converted.
