Deprixa Plus — Software Updates · What's Preserved During Updates

The update system is designed to protect your data and configurations. The following are never modified by an update:

• Environment configuration — Your database credentials, mail settings, and API keys remain untouched.
• Uploaded files — Customer documents, shipment labels, logos, and landing page images are preserved.
• Database data — Your shipments, customers, invoices, and all business data remain intact. Only the database structure is updated (new tables or columns added).
• Plugin data — Installed plugins and their data are not affected by core updates.

Tip: While updates are safe, it is always good practice to maintain your own regular backups as an additional safety net.
