Invoices are generated automatically on subscription renewal and wallet recharge.
Invoice Fields

Invoice Statuses
Invoices progress through: draft → issued → paid (or → overdue).
Downloading PDFs
Navigate to My Billing → Invoices, click on an invoice, then click Download PDF.
Admin Invoice View
Super Admins can view all invoices at SaaS Admin → Invoices with filters for status, type, date range, and organization.
