Each organization has a prepaid wallet with a balance denominated in the platform's configured currency. Subscriptions are debited from this wallet on renewal.

Recharge Flow

Navigate to Recharge

Go to My Billing → Recharge.

Select Amount

Choose from preset amounts or enter a custom value.

Choose Payment Method

Select Stripe, PayPal, or Paystack and complete payment.

Wallet Credited

On successful payment, the wallet is credited and an invoice is generated automatically.

Auto-Reactivation

If an organization is in read_only or grace_period status and the wallet is recharged with sufficient balance to cover the plan price, the subscription auto-renews and the organization returns to active status immediately.

Admin Manual Credits

Super Admins can credit an organization's wallet manually via SaaS Admin → Wallets → select org → Credit. Available credit types:

Promotional — marketing or onboarding credits.
Demo — demo/testing purposes.
Goodwill — compensation for service issues.
Manual — general-purpose adjustment.

Transaction Log

Every credit and debit is recorded in the transaction log with the following fields: balance_before, balance_after, description, and reference. This provides a full audit trail for every wallet operation.
