• Original shipment info — tracking number, sender, recipient, delivery date, and shipment total.
• Return reason — the selected reason code and any notes provided.
• Timeline — a chronological log of all status changes with timestamps and the user who performed each action.
• Refund details — refund amount, refund method, and processing status.
