Deprixa Plus — Returns · Automatic Commission Reversal

When a return reaches the Completed status, the system fires the ReverseCommissionsOnReturn listener. This listener finds all commission records associated with the original shipment and reverses them automatically, ensuring that sales team and driver commissions are not paid on returned shipments.

Commission Reversal Is Automatic

No manual intervention is needed. As soon as a return is marked as Completed, the ReverseCommissionsOnReturn event listener handles the reversal. Reversed commissions appear in the Commissions module with a reversed status and a reference to the return record.
