| Requested | Return has been submitted and is awaiting review by an administrator. | Approved, Denied |
| Approved | Return request has been approved. The package is expected to be sent back. | Received |
| Received | The returned package has arrived at the warehouse and has been inspected. | Completed |
| Completed | Return fully processed and refund issued. Commissions on the original shipment are automatically reversed. | Terminal state |
| Denied | Return request was denied by an administrator. | Terminal state |
