Deprixa Plus — Returns · Overview
The Returns module handles reverse logistics and refund processing. When a customer requests a return due to damage, wrong item, non-delivery, or any other reason, staff create a return record linked to the original shipment. The return progresses through a defined status workflow, and upon completion the system automatically reverses any commissions that were earned on the original shipment.
