The Returns Report focuses specifically on return requests. Use it to monitor return volume, identify the most common return reasons, and track refund amounts.
Filters

Key Metrics
- Return rate — Percentage of total shipments that resulted in a return request.
- Refund amounts — Total value of refunds issued during the period.
- Top reasons — Ranked list of the most frequent return reasons (e.g., damaged, wrong item, refused delivery).
