Deprixa Plus — Reports · Financial Report

The Financial Report breaks down revenue, costs, and profit across your operation. It helps administrators understand which services, branches, and zones are most profitable.

Report Sections

• Revenue by period — Total revenue grouped by day, week, or month depending on the selected date range.
• Breakdown by service type — Revenue and shipment count per service type (e.g., Standard, Express, Same-Day).
• Breakdown by branch — Revenue and shipment count per branch location.
• Breakdown by zone — Revenue distributed across configured shipping zones.
• Return impact analysis — Financial cost of returns: refund amounts grouped by return reason and by return status.

Filters

The Financial Report uses the same date range picker as the Shipment Report. Select a start and end date to scope all calculations to that period.

Click Export to Excel to download the full financial breakdown as a spreadsheet.
