Deprixa Plus — Pre-Alerts · Status Workflow
Pre-alerts follow a linear progression. Each status transition is logged with the user and timestamp.

| Pending | Pre-alert created by customer or staff. Parcel has not yet arrived at the warehouse. | System (on creation) | Received, Cancelled |
| Received | Warehouse staff physically received the parcel and matched it to this pre-alert. | Staff with pre-alerts.manage | Converted, Cancelled |
| Converted | A shipment record has been created from this pre-alert. The parcel is now in the main shipment flow. | Staff with pre-alerts.manage | Terminal state |
| Cancelled | Pre-alert cancelled — package will not be processed (e.g. customer cancelled the order, carrier returned the parcel). | Staff with pre-alerts.manage | Terminal state |
