Deprixa Plus — Pre-Alerts · Overview
The Pre-Alerts module enables customers to proactively notify the warehouse that a package is on its way — before it physically arrives. This is especially common in international freight-forwarding and locker operations where customers purchase goods abroad and ship them to the logistics company's warehouse for onward delivery.
By creating a pre-alert, the customer provides tracking information and package details in advance. Warehouse staff can then anticipate the arrival, match incoming parcels to pre-alerts, and process them faster. Once a parcel is physically received and matched to a pre-alert, the pre-alert is converted into a full shipment record.
