Deprixa Plus — Pickups · Pickup Lifecycle
Every pickup progresses through a defined set of statuses. Status changes are logged with the acting user and timestamp.

| Requested | Pickup request created. Awaiting driver assignment or confirmation. | Assigned |
| Assigned | A driver has been selected for this pickup. The pickup appears on the driver's dashboard. | Notified, Cancelled |
| Notified | The driver has been alerted about the pickup via push notification or in-app alert. | Confirmed, Cancelled |
| Confirmed | The driver has acknowledged the pickup and confirmed they will attend at the scheduled time. | Completed, Cancelled |
| Completed | The driver has collected the package from the customer. Evidence photos may be attached. | Terminal state |
| Cancelled | The pickup was cancelled by the customer, staff, or because the driver could not attend. | Terminal state |
Driver Dashboard
Drivers see all their assigned pickups on their dashboard, sorted by scheduled time. Each pickup card shows the contact name, address, and scheduled time. The driver can tap to navigate, call the contact, or upload evidence photos directly from the pickup card.
Pickup Evidence Photos
Drivers can upload photos as pickup evidence at any point during the pickup process. Photos are timestamped and geotagged (if device location is enabled) and attached to the pickup record for proof of collection.
