Deprixa Plus — Pickups · Field Reference
The following fields are captured when creating or editing a pickup request.

| Shipment | Relation | Yes | The shipment to be collected. Links the pickup to a specific shipment record. |
| Driver | Relation | Yes | The driver assigned to perform the collection. Shows available drivers with their locations. |
| Scheduled For | DateTime | Yes | The date and time when the driver should arrive at the pickup location. |
| Contact Name | Text | Yes | Name of the person at the pickup location who will hand over the package. |
| Contact Phone | Text | Yes | Phone number of the pickup contact for the driver to call upon arrival. |
| Pickup Address | Text | Yes | Full address where the driver should collect the package. |
| Special Instructions | Text | No | Additional notes for the driver: gate codes, loading dock info, floor number, fragile handling, etc. |
| Photos | Image(s) | No | Evidence photos uploaded by the driver upon collection (package condition, location confirmation). |
