Deprixa Plus — Lockers · Integration with Pre-Alerts

Lockers and Pre-Alerts are tightly integrated. When a customer creates a pre-alert from their My Locker dashboard, the pre-alert is automatically associated with their locker. The locker code is included in the pre-alert record for warehouse staff to identify where to place the incoming parcel.

The typical workflow for international locker operations is:

• Admin assigns a locker to the customer in the Lockers module.
• Customer shares their locker code and warehouse address with the international retailer or carrier.
• Customer creates a pre-alert in My Locker when a package ships, providing the tracking number, carrier, and description.
• Package arrives at the warehouse addressed to the locker code.
• Staff locate the pre-alert, mark it as received, and convert it to a shipment for final delivery or customer pickup.
