Deprixa Plus — Lockers · Overview
The Lockers module manages the assignment of locker boxes to customers. A locker in Deprixa Plus is primarily a virtual address identifier — a unique code that represents the customer's designated storage slot at the warehouse. This locker code and its associated warehouse address are what customers give to international retailers and couriers when shipping packages to the logistics company's facility.
When a package arrives addressed to a locker, staff can associate it with the correct customer. The customer then creates a Pre-Alert to notify the warehouse that the package is incoming. Once received, the parcel is converted into a shipment for final delivery.
