Follow this routine each morning to get a complete operational picture:

Check KPI Cards

Scan the four status cards at the top. Focus on Exceptions and Late counts — if either has increased compared to last week (red delta arrow), investigate immediately.

Review Activity Summary

Check "New Shipments Today" and "Pickups" to gauge the day's workload. Compare "Revenue" to your daily target.

Analyze Operations Overview

Look at the status distribution chart. A healthy operation shows most shipments in "delivered" or "in transit" with minimal exceptions. A large "pending" segment may indicate a dispatch bottleneck.

Scan Recent Shipments

Review the recent shipments table for any entries with exception or on-hold status. Click through to resolve any that require action.

Check Monthly Trends

Glance at the Shipment Statistics chart to confirm volume is tracking with expectations for the month. A sudden dip may signal a data entry issue or operational problem.
