Deprixa Plus — Dashboard · Screen Walkthrough: Logistics Dashboard
The Logistics Dashboard is displayed for users with the Admin or Employee role. It is organized into the following sections from top to bottom:
1. KPI Status Cards
Four status cards appear at the top of the page, each showing a count and a week-over-week percentage delta arrow (green for improvement, red for decline):
| Card | Description | Delta Comparison |
|---|---|---|
| In Transit | Shipments currently moving through the network | vs. same count one week ago |
| Exceptions | Shipments with delivery problems requiring attention | vs. same count one week ago |
| Returns | Shipments returned to sender or warehouse | vs. same count one week ago |
| Late | Shipments past their estimated delivery date | vs. same count one week ago |
2. Activity Summary
Five metric cards sit below the KPI row, providing a snapshot of today's activity:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| New Shipments Today | Total shipments created since midnight |
| Pre-Alerts | Incoming pre-alert notifications from customers or integrations |
| Pickups | Pickup requests scheduled or completed today |
| Revenue | Sum of paid invoices for the current day |
| Active Customers | Distinct customers with at least one active shipment |
3. Returns KPI Row
A dedicated row of cards focused on return metrics: total returns this period, return rate percentage, average return processing time, and top return reasons. This section helps you monitor reverse logistics performance at a glance.
4. Operations Overview Chart
A visual chart showing the distribution of shipments across operational statuses (pending, in transit, out for delivery, delivered, exception, on hold). Use this to quickly spot bottlenecks — for example, a large "exception" segment signals problems that need attention.
5. Shipment Statistics Chart
A bar/line combination chart showing shipment volume by month. Bars represent total shipments created; the line overlay shows delivered shipments. This chart reveals seasonal trends, growth patterns, and delivery completion rates over time.
6. Recent Shipments Table
A paginated table showing the most recently created or updated shipments. Columns include tracking number, sender, receiver, status (color-coded badge), service type, and creation date. Click any row to open the shipment detail view.
