There are two ways for customers to get access to the portal:

Self-Registration

Customers visit a public URL and register themselves. No admin action is required.

• 1Customer fills in name, email, phone, and password.
• 2A user account is created with the customer role. A locker is auto-created and assigned.
• 3The customer is automatically logged in and redirected to My Locker.

Admin-Created Customer

An admin can also create a customer manually from Customers → New Customer. A portal invitation email is sent with a one-time link. The customer clicks the link, sets their password, and the account is activated. A locker is assigned automatically.

Locker auto-creation

Regardless of the registration method, a locker is automatically created for every new customer. The locker code is generated based on the format configured in Settings.
