After logging in, customers land on the My Locker dashboard at /my-locker. This is their personal hub, completely separated from the admin logistics panel.

Locker Info

Displays the customer's unique locker code and the full warehouse address they should use for deliveries.

Pre-Alert Summary

Counters showing total pre-alerts, pending, received/processing, converted to shipment, and cancelled.

Pending Pickups

Packages at the warehouse waiting to be picked up or forwarded to the customer.

From the dashboard, customers can:

• Create new pre-alerts for incoming packages
• View the status of all their pre-alerts
• View their shipments and track them
• Copy the warehouse address to share with online stores
