Deprixa Plus — Customer Portal — Lockers & Pre-Alerts · Pre-Alerts (Package Announcements)
A pre-alert is a customer-submitted announcement saying: "I bought something and it is on its way to your warehouse." Pre-alerts help the warehouse team match incoming packages to customers before they even arrive.

Why pre-alerts matter
Without pre-alerts, your warehouse team has to manually identify who a package belongs to when it arrives. Pre-alerts let you match packages instantly using the store tracking number, reducing processing time and errors.
