Deprixa Plus — Contracts · Contract Pricing During Shipment Creation

When creating a shipment, the system checks if the selected customer has an active contract. If an active contract with linked pricing is found, the contract rates are used instead of the standard rate card. This is fully automatic and requires no manual intervention from the operator.

Automatic Rate Override

Contract pricing takes priority over standard rate cards. If a customer has an active contract with service-specific pricing tiers, those prices are applied automatically during shipment creation. The shipment detail will indicate that contract pricing was used.
