After a contract is agreed upon, you can record the signature:

• Upload signed PDF — attach a scanned copy of the physically signed contract document.
• Signature date — record when the contract was signed.
• Signed by — record which user or contact signed the contract.

Signed contract documents are stored with the contract record and accessible from the contract detail page.
