Each contract can include specific service types with custom pricing tiers. These tiers define weight ranges with special negotiated prices that override the standard rate card during shipment creation:

• Define one or more service types covered by the contract.
• For each service type, configure weight-based pricing tiers (e.g. 0-5 kg, 5-10 kg, 10-25 kg) with custom prices per tier.
• When a shipment is created for a customer with an active contract, the system automatically applies the contract pricing instead of the standard rates.
