Navigate to Finance → Contracts → New Contract
Open the Contracts module and click New Contract. Requires contracts.manage and the edition:contracts gate.

Select Customer and Set Dates
Choose the business client, enter the contract number and title, and define the validity period with start and end dates.

Define Terms and Link Rate Card
Enter the contract terms text and optionally link to a rate card that provides the custom pricing for this client.

Save the Contract
Save to create the contract. It becomes active automatically when the current date falls within the start and end date range.
