It is built as a SaaS (Software as a Service) application, meaning a single installation can serve multiple independent companies — each with its own users, data, branding, and billing — completely isolated from one another.

The platform covers the entire shipment lifecycle: from the moment a customer announces a package (pre-alert) or an operator creates a shipment, through warehouse receiving, rate calculation, driver assignment, dispatch with GPS tracking, proof of delivery capture, all the way to invoice generation and payment processing. Every step is tracked, timestamped, and auditable.

Under the hood, Deprixa Plus is powered by Laravel 12 on the backend and React 19 with Inertia.js on the frontend, delivering a fast single-page application experience without the complexity of a separate API. The system includes a built-in rate engine with zone-based pricing, a wallet-based SaaS billing engine with multiple payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Paystack), multi-channel notifications (Email, WhatsApp, SMS), a public tracking page, a customer self-service portal, and comprehensive reporting with PDF and Excel exports.
