Email templates support full HTML. You can customize the layout, colors, and branding to match your company identity. The same {{variable}} syntax applies.

Templates are located in the system configuration and can be edited directly in the template editor in Settings → Email Templates. There are separate templates for:

• Shipment Created / Status Changed
• Invoice / Payment Confirmation
• Package Arrived (pre-alert fulfilled)
• Pick-Up Scheduled / Completed
• User Registration / Password Reset
