Deprixa Pro — Integrated Courier & Logistics System · WhatsApp messages are not being sent
- Verify the Ultramsg instance is authenticated (scan QR code again if needed).
- Check that the phone number in the client profile is in international format (e.g. 57300123456 — no + sign, no spaces).
- Ensure cURL is enabled on your PHP installation.
- Check your Ultramsg account credits and instance status at ultramsg.com.
- Verify the WhatsApp module is enabled in Settings → Notifications.
