Deprixa Pro — Integrated Courier & Logistics System · Automatic tariff is not calculating — why?

Automatic tariffs are only available in the Shipping (Courier) module. Ensure that:

• The tariff rule exists for the exact origin/destination combination selected.
• The shipment weight falls within the defined weight range.
• The service mode on the shipment matches the tariff rule's service mode.
• There are no overlapping rules causing a conflict (the system will warn on overlap when creating tariffs).

If no rule matches, toggle Manual Tariff on the shipment form and enter the price manually.
