✅ RBAC (Roles & Permissions): Full role-based access across the system. Roles: Super Admin, Administrator, Employee, Agency, Client, Driver — all with configurable per-module permissions. The Agency role can manage its own clients, recipients, shipments, and consolidated packages.
✅ Admin Template: Improved admin panel layout and sidebar navigation. Consistent menu visibility for all roles. Cleaner cards and spacing.
✅ Bug Fixes: Customer List and Recipients list now filtered by agency; Courier List/Create Shipment access fixed for Agency role; sidebar no longer blank on courier_add.php; 500 error on customers_list resolved.
✅ Automatic Tariffs (Shipping module): Tariff by weight range with origin/destination, state, city, and service mode. Overlap validation when adding/editing tariffs. Priority for client-specific tariffs. Manual tariff toggle still available on shipment forms.
✅ Client × Special Tariff (Shipping only): Support for client-specific special tariffs for custom pricing per client.
✅ Configure SEO Meta Tags: New option to configure SEO meta tags (title, description, keywords) for better search visibility.
