- Phone numbers must be in international format (e.g. +57300123456) in the client profile. Deprixa Pro formats them automatically when sending.
- SMS credits are consumed per message. Monitor your ClickSend balance to avoid delivery failures.
- For high volume, consider enabling SMS only for the most important events (e.g. "Delivered") rather than all status changes.
- Test with a real phone number using the ClickSend dashboard test function before going live.
