You can define special pricing for individual clients. When a shipment is created for a client that has a special tariff configured, the system applies their custom price instead of the general tariff.

• Go to Tariffs → Client Special Tariffs → Add.
• Select the client from the dropdown.
• Define the same parameters as a regular tariff: origin, destination, weight range, service mode, price.
• Save. When a shipment is created for this client, the system will always prioritize their special tariff over the general one.

⭐ Client special tariffs are available for the Shipping (Courier) module only in v8.5. The manual tariff option is always available as a fallback on the shipment form.
