When creating a shipment, the system looks for a matching tariff rule based on:
- 📍 Origin (country, state, city)
- 📍 Destination (country, state, city)
- ⚖️ Weight range (e.g. 0–5 kg, 5–10 kg, 10–20 kg)
- 🚚 Service mode (Express, Standard, Economy)
If a matching rule is found, the price fills automatically. If no rule matches, the manual tariff option becomes available on the form.
