- Client (or staff) creates a pick-up request in Pick Up → Add Request: address, date, time window, package description, and quantity.
- The admin assigns a driver to the pick-up request from the admin panel.
- The driver (logged in with Driver role) sees assigned pick-ups on their dashboard and can navigate to the client's address.
- Driver collects the package and updates the status to Collected. Optionally, they can collect a digital signature or photo proof.
- The collected package is received at the warehouse and can be processed as a new package, linked to a pre-alert, or converted into a courier shipment.
