Deprixa Pro — Integrated Courier & Logistics System · How Consolidados Work
- Go to Consolidados → List → Add Consolidation.
- Select the client the consolidation belongs to and the destination.
- Click "Add Packages". A list of available packages (Compras por Internet) for that client appears. Select all packages to include in this consolidation.
- The system calculates the total weight and total dimensions. Review and adjust if needed.
- Apply the appropriate tariff (automatic or manual) for the consolidated weight and destination.
- Save. The consolidation receives a consolidation number. Individual packages are marked as consolidated.
- Generate the consolidated shipping document (PDF). This includes all packages, weights, declared values, and the consolidated tracking number.
- When the consolidated shipment is dispatched, update the status. All included packages are updated accordingly.
