Deprixa Pro — Integrated Courier & Logistics System · Package Workflow
- Navigate to Packages → List → Add Package (or receive from a pre-alert as described above).
- Link the package to a client. Enter the carrier tracking number, description, and number of pieces.
- Enter the actual weight (kg or lb) and dimensions. If volumetric billing is active, the system will use the greater of actual vs. dimensional weight.
- The system calculates storage and handling cost based on tariff rules.
- The package can have status: Received → Stored → Ready → Dispatched.
- From the package, click "Send as Shipment" to create a courier order, or "Add to Consolidation" to add it to a consolidated group.
