Deprixa Pro — Integrated Courier & Logistics System · Converting a Pre-Alert into a Package

When the physical package arrives at the warehouse:

• Find the pre-alert in Pre-Alerts → List by searching the tracking number or client name.
• Click "Receive Package" or "Create Package from Pre-Alert". The system pre-fills the package form with pre-alert data.
• Enter the actual weight and dimensions (length × width × height) as measured at the warehouse.
• The system calculates the shipping cost based on the configured tariff rules.
• Save. A physical package record is created in the Packages (Compras por Internet) module, linked to the pre-alert.
• From the package record you can: dispatch as a courier shipment, or add to a consolidation.

💡 The pre-alert stays linked to the package for full traceability. You can always view the original pre-alert data (declared value, description, attachments) from the package record.
