Deprixa Pro — Integrated Courier & Logistics System · How to Register a Pre-Alert
- Go to Pre-Alerts → Add Pre-Alert (or the client logs into the client portal and creates it themselves).
- Select the client the pre-alert belongs to.
- Enter the carrier tracking number (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc.) and the carrier name.
- Fill in the product description, declared value, and estimated weight (optional but recommended).
- Upload any attachments: purchase invoice, packing list, or product images.
- Save. The pre-alert is created with status Pending Arrival. The warehouse is now notified that a package is expected.
