Deprixa Pro — Integrated Courier & Logistics System · What is a Pre-Alert?
A pre-alert is an advance notification created by the client (or staff on their behalf) that says: "I bought something online, here is the tracking number and expected details."
It contains: tracking number, carrier (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS), estimated weight, declared value, product description, and any relevant attachments (invoice, invoice screenshot).
✅ Pre-alerts help the warehouse team expect, identify, and quickly process incoming packages. They can be converted into physical packages once the item arrives.
