- Clients: Go to Clients → List → Add. Fill in name, email, phone, ID number, address, and postal code. Clients are the billing entity (the person who pays).
- Recipients: Go to Recipients → List → Add. Fill in name, address, city, country, and phone. Recipients are who physically receives the package at the destination. A client can have multiple recipients.
- Agency scope: Agency users only see and manage clients and recipients assigned to their agency code.
- Client portal: Clients with a client account (userlevel 4) can log in, register pre-alerts, and track their packages.
