Full role-based access control — new in v8.5
Deprixa Pro v8.5 introduces full RBAC. Each user is assigned a role (userlevel) that controls which modules they can see and what actions they can perform. Permissions are configurable per role from the admin panel (Tools → Permissions).

| Super Admin | 1 | Full system access — all modules, all data, all settings. |
| Administrator | 2 | Same as Super Admin but cannot manage license or create other admins. |
| Employee | 3 | Operational access: create shipments, manage packages, view reports. No global settings. |
| Agency | 6 | Manages only its own clients, recipients, shipments, and consolidated packages. All data is scoped to its agency. |
| Client | 4 | Can register pre-alerts, track packages, view their own invoices from the client portal. |
| Driver | 5 | Views assigned delivery routes and can update delivery status from mobile. |
🔑 To assign permissions: go to Tools → Assign Permissions. Select a role and check/uncheck modules. Changes take effect immediately on next login for users with that role.
